SabiWok is free for the community. If SabiWok has helped you find a service provider, you can support the work voluntarily.

Your support helps us:
  • onboard service providers who may not have digital profiles;
  • review identity, national ID and service details;
  • carry out selected in-person and previous-work checks; and
  • keep SabiWok available and easy to use.
Online support payments are being prepared. No money can be paid through SabiWok yet.

You can also support SabiWok by recommending someone or sharing the platform.
Trust & safety

Both sides confirm the contact.

SabiWok records a customer's intention to contact a provider and the provider's independent confirmation that contact was received.

No single signal creates trust. Confidence increases when independent signals agree.

What the record proves

A matched record confirms that the customer initiated contact and the provider independently reported receiving it.

What it does not prove

It does not guarantee identity, a conversation, payment, workmanship, safety or completion of the service.

A shared evidence trail, not surveillance

SabiWok does not listen to calls, read WhatsApp conversations or automatically know whether work occurred. It records the statements and events supplied by the two parties.

1. Contact initiated
The customer supplied a name and phone number, consented, and selected Call or WhatsApp.

2. Provider responds
The selected provider reports received or not received in the SabiWok Provider contact log.

3. Statements matched
Only a customer-initiated contact independently confirmed as received is treated as corroborated contact evidence.

For customers

Your supplied details are shared only with the selected provider for contact confirmation and safety support. No customer account is required.

For providers

You can see only contacts relating to your profile. Provider-added callers remain unconfirmed and do not improve rankings or impact figures.

What the verified badge means

A verified badge means SabiWok completed a review of identity, service details and selected references. It remains separate from contact records and is not a guarantee of workmanship, safety or outcomes.
